Research on Air Fuel Ratio Control Strategy of an Electronically Controlled Injection CNG Engine

The improvement of air-fuel ratio controlling accuracy for electronically controlled CNG engine is the key factor for getting better engine fuel economy, low emission and good drivability. By integrating the fuzzy neural network and the PI controller, a fuzzy neural decoupled hybrid controller was developed. The parameters of the controller can be adjusted online based on the self-learning of fuzzy neural network and engine controlling on air-fuel ratio obtains better result.
