Carrying apparatus having camera array detecting defects

Provided is a transfer apparatus having a camera array capable of moving up and down for detecting defects. The transfer apparatus having a camera array capable of moving up and down for detecting defects according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a transfer unit for transferring an inspection target in one direction; a plurality of camera arrays up and down movably prepared for the transfer unit, closely arranged along the transfer direction of the inspection target, generating a photography image of the inspection target, each of the plurality of camera arrays is arranged in a row along the direction crossing the transfer direction of the inspection target and generating a photography image of the inspection target; an image integration unit for integrating a plurality of photography images generated by a plurality of cameras forming the camera array or the plurality of camera array according to a predetermined inspection mode; and a control unit for detecting whether the inspection target has defects or not by comparing a prestored image of the inspection target with the single image integrated in the image integration unit.
