Application of PID Adjustment in the PMAC

This paper discussed a debugging method by adjusting PID servo-control parameters of open NC system based on PMAC.The adjustment and reasonable set of control parameters are the premise and key link that we get the ideal control effect.The step-response signal and parabolic response signal are inputted by adopting PEWIN TUNING software,the PID parameters are adjusted by analyzing system response curve,and then the system will get the good steady-state characteristics and dynamic characteristic.
