TAXONOMIC REVISION OF CALAMAGROSTIS FILIFORMIS, C. TRIPILIFERA AND THEIR ALLIES (POACEAE: AGROSTIDINAE)

Nomenclatural notes and typifi cation are provided for three of Hooker's taxa (Calamagrostis tripilifera, C. tripilifera var. cumminsii, Deyeuxia triaristata) and one of Grisebach's species, Calamagrostis fi liformis. The taxonomic position of C. tri- pilifera is reconsidered. A comparison of C. tripilifera with Chinese D. fl avens showed them to be conspecifi c. C. tripilifera var. cumminsii and D. triaristata are regarded as conspecifi c with Grisebach's C. fi liformis, which until now has been considered a member of the separate species complex C. lahulensis-C. scabrescens. My revision showed that Hooker misapplied Grisebach's C. fi liformis. The Yunnan record of Calamagrostis fi liformis sensu Grisebach is the fi rst one I have found from this province and the fi rst one confi rmed for China.
