According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for obtaining three-dimensional image information is a method for obtaining three-dimensional image information from two-dimensional image information obtained by capturing a target object to which structured light having a pattern is irradiated. The method for obtaining the three-dimensional image information comprises the following steps: obtaining estimated pattern-free image information corresponding to a target object to which the structured light is not irradiated, from the two-dimensional image information; removing the estimated pattern-free image information from the two-dimensional image information and obtaining estimated pattern-only image information; obtaining a first disparity map from the estimated pattern-only image information; and obtaining a first albedo map by using the first disparity map.
