The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle battery replacing system. The unmanned aerial vehicle battery replacing system comprises a battery charging mechanism, a battery replacing mechanism, a controlling device and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The battery charging mechanism comprises a supporting frame and a plurality of battery charging clips; the battery replacing mechanism comprises a base and a clamping device, the clamping device is rotatably installed on the base, and the clamping device is used for clamping a battery when the unmanned aerial vehicle is subjected to battery replacement; and the unmanned aerial vehicle is provided with a battery box, a battery supplying power for an unmanned aerial vehicle controlling system and a first motor is installed in the battery box. When the unmanned aerial vehicle detects that the battery is in a low level in an automatic flying process, the unmanned controlling system controls the unmanned aerial vehicle to make a return voyage and descend to a base station; then the controlling device controls the clamping device of the battery replacing mechanism to fetch out the battery in the battery box, and to insert the battery into the spare battery charging clip to be charged; and the clamping device clamps a full charged battery in the battery charging mechanism to place the full charged battery into the battery box of the unmanned aerial vehicle accurately; and the purpose of battery replacement is achieved.
