자동차용 레이더 센서를 위한 24㎓ CMOS 전압제어발진기 설계

In this paper, design of a 24㎓ voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) is presented in a 0.13㎛ CMOS technology. The simulated output power and phase noise are -5㏈m and -110㏈c/㎐ at 1㎒ offset from the carrier, respectively. The frequency tuning range is up to 550㎒, which is enough for the intended FM modulation in automotive radar. The designed VCO consumes 12㎽ from a 1.2-V supply voltage.
