Radio transmitter identification using manifold embedding

In this paper, a novel fingerprint feature extraction method is proposed for identifying radio transmitters. The square integral bispectra (SIB) transformation is firstly utilized to recast the problem of radio transmitter identification into the form of measuring similarity between points in its metric space, and then the fingerprints of radio transmitters are extracted by our proposed orthogonal local spline discriminant embedding (O-LDE). The experimental results on the real-world data sets demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed method.
