Optimal Distribution and Scale of Charging Stations for Electric Vehicles

To provide the theoretical support and ideas for charging station construction,a dynamic traffic network method is used to build a multi-objective optimization model with a hard time window constrains to obtain the optimal distribution and scale of electric vehicles' charging stations.In this model,the minimum of capital cost and charging cost is treated as the optimization objective,and a two-phase heuristic algorithm is proposed to solve this model.Finally,case studies on a simple example verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model.
