Micromachined optical-interference microphone
暂无分享,去创建一个
A design is proposed for a micromachined microphone which utilizes optical interference to sense the sound-induced motion of a thin diaphragm. The light source and detector can be included as components of the device or can be at a remote location and joined to the microphone with an optical fiber. Sensitivity and bandwidth exceed that of a typical condenser microphone.
