Reliability analysis of weapon systems based on SPSS

The method of application is illustrated to the equipment reliability analysis of SPSS, and a practical analysis test for the equipment lifecycle of distribution fitting is implemented, including the curve-fitting for the occurrence time of failure. The MATLAB programme is applied to make simulation analysis for the optimal fitting model, from which the regular patterns are reached that the failure rate changed according to the time, which provided a scientific and effective method to research the reliability level of equipments.
