P‐131: Imagery Beyond the Screen Edge

We synthesize imagery using optical flow, color analysis, and heuristics to extrapolate beyond the edge of a television screen. Projectors provide the viewer's peripheral vision with low-detail dynamic patterns consistent with the input video, creating a sense of immersion and the impression that the scene wraps around the viewer.
