Ticari Yarı Römork Tanker Şasisinin Dayanım Testlerinde Kullanılacak Yol Profilinin Müşteri Kullanım Şartlarına Göre Optimize Edilmesi

In this study, durability tests of a commercial semi-trailer chassis how can be performed faster and less costly in Turkey were investigated. Varying road conditions rates were identified depending on customer usage profiles and road data (vehicle accelerations) were collected. At the end of the data collection process, the collected data were processed for calculate damage effect of different road conditions on semi-trailer chassis. The road profile that would be equivalent to the total life of the vehicle was obtained by optimizing the damage effects. The resulting road profile was used as reference for semi-trailer tanker vehicle's computer-aided analysis, field testing and accelerated durability tests.
