Transformer cooling system employing vapour cooling technology

A transformer cooling system which adopts the evaporative cooling technology consists of three major components of a transformer oil tank (10), an evaporated liquid heat exchanger (80) and a secondary cooler (170), as well as connecting pipelines and a support thereof. Transformer oil flows into the evaporated liquid heat exchanger (80) from the transformer oil tank (10) by passing through an oil inlet pipeline (30) for heat exchange with evaporated liquid, thereby leading the evaporated liquid to boil and have the phase change, absorbing the heat by vaporization and achieving the purpose of cooling the transformer oil. The transformer oil after the cooling flows back to the transformer oil tank (10) by passing through an oil outlet pipeline (50). The generated evaporated liquid steam after the vaporization flows into the secondary cooler (170) by passing through an air outlet pipeline (100) for condensation, the heat is released, the steam turns to liquid again by the phase change, and the liquid flows back to the evaporated liquid heat exchanger (80) by passing through a liquid return pipeline (150), thereby completing the heat exchange cycle flow of the evaporated liquid. The transformer cooling system can improve the heat exchange efficiency; furthermore, as the level of electrical insulation of the evaporated liquid is high, the insulation accident of a transformer can not be caused even though the evaporated liquid is leaked and mixed into the transformer oil.
