Burden distribution model of the blast furnace plays a key role in the research field for producing pig-iron.Subjected to the problem that the burden distribution in a 450m3 bell-less blast furnace is hard to be monitored directly,a burden distribution model was built based on the kinematic analysis,statistical disciplinarian and expert rules,which included four parts.That is the model of Q/r flow of material,the model of burden trajectory,the model of burden distribution and the calculating model of ore to coke ratio.The architecture of the model and design of its components were clarified.An exponential of ore to coke ratio to analyze the trend of gas flow quantitatively was put forward and the validity of the model was illuminated indirectly by process data.The application of the system shows that the model can help to direct the burden distribution effectively,decrease the coke ratio,improve the smelting capacity and guarantee the stable and smooth production of the blast furnace.
