EMERGING TECHNOLOGY - REDTACTON

There is new technology which is currently under development called “REDTACTON” which will have makes the human body surface to transmit and receive the signals at very high speed. This technology makes the human body as a communication network by name Human Area Network (HAN). Communication is possible using any body surfaces such as the hands, fingers, arms, feet, face, legs or toes. RedTacton also works through shoes and clothing. RedTacton uses the minute electric field generated by human body as medium for transmitting the data. The chips which will be embedded in various devices contain transmitter and receiver built to send and accept data in digital format. This study seeks to discuss about History and Overview Human Area Network, Working of RedTacton and its application areas.
