Design of High Speed and Large Capacity Storage Module Based on Flash Memory

Aiming at increasing requirement for bandwidth and capacity in the field of embedded real-time storage,the design of a high speed and large capacity storage module is presented,which consists of high density NAND flash array,large scale FPGA and high performance DSP.Under the combined control of FPGA and DSP,ultra-high speed storage is achieved for mass data.The design of storage management and DSP software are presented.Practical application proves the practicality of this storage module.
