A case of sarcoidosis in a Chinese woman

A case of sarcoidosis in a Chinese woman presenting with hilar lymphadenopathy is described. In addition, there were neurological features, a depressed tuberculin test and a positive Kveim test. The condition is rare in the Chinese.
