The key technology of PCB AOI and one AOI system based on the sub-pixel detection and intelligence shape analysis

Automatic Optical Inspection technology has been widely applied to control the quality of PCB. The trend of AOI and the key technology is described.In this paper,a new real time AOI system and the inspection methods are presented,which base on sub-pixel and intelligence shape analysis technology.The outline of our new AOI system configurations and inspection methods are described.The result of this AOI system is satisfied.
