A Right Diaphragmatic Eventration Incidentally Diagnosed and Successfully Repaired Through an Abdominal Approach. A Case Report

Abstract We report a case of an elderly woman with a large eventration of the right hemidiaphragm, discovered during an episode of acute cholecystitis, with abdominal and pleural effusion, successfully treated by a laparotomic approach.
