Research on Software Regression Test Case Selection

The definition and processes of the software regression test are presented in this paper.It presents a mathematical model for the test case selection and an optimal algorithm for the regression test.Finally,through an example it is validated that this approach is effective in minimizing test cases and reducing cost of the regression test.
