Attachment of a splint to enamel of lower anterior teeth.

Abstract This report describes a technique for fabricating a splint or fixed partial prosthesis splint on mandibular anterior teeth without tooth reduction. The fixation is attained by applying a coupling agent to the gold and etching the enamel to enhance attachment with Sevriton. Clinical experience and judgment provide the final standard.
