High-frequency characteristic of four-terminal-pair standard resistance

Measurement theory and method of high-frequency characteristic of four-terminal-pair standard resistance are studied in order to resolve the problem that resistance value marked in the DC is used in the high-frequency range.Based on capacitance standard in the extending frequency range acting as value standard and the measurement principle of four-terminal-pair impedance,measurement principle is performed to measure the high-frequency characteristic of four-terminal-pair resistance making use of an open-short-load(OSL) calibration technique.Measurement method is that a resistance is calibrated by several capacitance standards by keeping measurement instrument's measurement range invariable.It can eliminate the nonlinearity error of the measurement instrument.The principle and method can reduce measurement results uncertainty and provide theory foundation for four-terminal-pair resistance's application in the high-frequency range.
