Librarian's information ability and library's reader service in network environment

In network environment,library service changed greatly from content to form.As a librarian,one should have modern information technology at one's finger ends and improve the ability to trap,dispose and use the information ulteriorly.Only by this way,can the work to serve the reader well be done successfully.
