Selective Dissemination of Information – Technology of Information Support of Scientific Research

A highly organized form of information support for interdisciplinary research is the selective dissemination of information (SDI) technology. The selection of information is a process of extracting the most valuable documents from the information flow, their individual parts or factual information. That is why the successful strategy for information service of scientists is the introduction of a system of selective dissemination of information.
