Annular station X-ray real-time imaging detection device

An annular station X-ray real-time image detection device consists of a lead protection room, a n-shaped arm mechanism, an annular conveying device, a rotating frame, a monitor display, a sub-control box, an operation monitor apparatus, protection aisles, an X-ray tube mechanism, and an image intensifier. Detachable protection aisles are mounted on bilateral sides of the lead protection room, thus being convenient for mounting and maintaining; the rotating frame is mounted on top of the lead protection room, so as to meet the requirements of traveling distance that the monitor display is able to move 200 mm in the forward direction, backward direction, upper direction and lower direction, and is able to rotate freely in the horizontal direction. The monitor display and the sub-control box are able to horizontally, independently and freely rotate, the look-up angle and the look-down angle thereof are adjustable, so as to be convenient for operations of operators in different heights and different positions. Provided is an annular station detection device with higher work efficiency; by employing the annular conveying line, the assembly line operation can be achieved by synchronously driving multiple sets of fixtures; the operation is convenient and easy, and the detection efficiency is high.
