대형 디젤 엔진에서 NOx 저감을 위한 SCR system 개발에 관한 연구

In recently, attention of green business increased in rapidly because of CO₂ regulation & emission standard. Also it’s very difficult to reducing both PM and NOx due to trade-off relation in diesel engine. However technology of diesel engine control & after-treatment system have been advanced in dramatically. As that result, not only PM but also NOx is adjusted by DPF and SCR technology. Especially technology of reducing NOx have been investigated using SCR of after-treatment system & controlled EGR of engine. In this study, it was investigated conversion of gaseous material for correcting regulation through DOC, DPF, SCR and ASC system. The tests with EU-4 regulated engine are performed urea dosing, NOx reduction and gaseous material conversion performance. Also reduction of THC & CO emission is shown high conversion rate above 90% . So that we can confirm that it’s necessary including ASC in after-treatment system for high conversion efficient of NOx emission due to urea slip.
