Contemplative stance on the automation of MMM processing: State of the art in hot rolling process control

Abstract In order to improve quality of hot rolled products, high performance sensors and actuators, precise mathematical models and advanced control systems have been developed. This paper describes the state of the art in hot rolling process control.
