ISO 9000 시리즈 인증획득과 종업원 태도변화

Quality is the key to achieving customer satisfaction. An effective Quality Management System has a key role to play in improving your business performance. ISO-9000 is an international standard which define the basic features of an effective Quality Management System. The benefits of an effective QMS are many. Therefore it is very important for company to acquire ISO-9000 series certification. However these benefits can only be realised by a company which recognizes them, is commited quality, and takes the time and trouble to devise a well-thought out system which advances its business objectives. Therefore the purpose of this study is (1)to find out employees' perception about the objectives and motives to acquiring ISO-9000 certification and (2) the changes of emploees' attitudes after acquiring ISO-9000 certification. Through this research we are going to present the improvement program of quality management activities after ISO-9000 certification.
