Scleroma with intracranial extension.

The ear, nose and throat examination revealed a nasal bridge which was depressed, flat and wide. It was flanked on either side by a firm incompressible, brownish mass (Fig. IA) approximately four inches by five inches on the right, encroaching onto the orbit, pushing the eyeball outwards and upwards and extending onto the zygomatic area (Fig. IB ). A similar swelling was present on the left side involving the left lacrimal sac and pushing the left eyeball slightly forward.
