İlk Trimester Maternal Serum PAPP-A, Serbest Β-Hcg Değerleri ve Hematolojik Parametrelerin Preeklampsi ile İlişkisi.

Amac: Bu calismanin amaci, ilk trimester maternal serum gebelikle iliskili plazma protein A (PAPP-A), serbest beta-human koryonik gonadotropin (sβ-hCG) degerleri ve hematolojik parametrelerin preeklampsi ile iliskisinin arastirilmasidir. Gerec ve Yontem: Ocak 2011 – Aralik 2012 tarihleri arasinda bir universite hastanesinde dogum yapan preeklampsi tanili 26 gebe ve kontrol grubu olarak benzer obstetrik ozellige sahip 26 gebe calismaya dahil edildi. Ilk trimesterde serum PAPP-A ve ss-hCG degerleri ile kan hemoglobin ve trombosit degerleri iki grup arasinda karsilastirildi. Bulgular: Preeklampsi grubunda serum PAPP-A degerleri kontrol grubuna gore daha dusuk saptandi (1.4±0.7 ve 0.9±0.3 MoM) (p<0.05). Serum ss-hCG degerleri acisindan iki grup arasinda fark saptanmadi. Hemoglobin ve trombosit degerleri preeklampsi grubunda kontrol grubuna gore daha dusuk bulundu (p<0.05). Sonuc: Ilk trimester maternal serum dusuk PAPP-A degeri preeklampsi icin onemli bir risk faktorudur.
