Proposed Conceptual Model of Learning Organization and Competitive Advantages

Organizations put continuous efforts to gain competitive advantages and various studies have proved learning organization (LO) as a source of competitive advantages. This study integrate prior studies and proposes a new conceptual model of learning organization after depth literature review of various research papers, books & other authentic sources. Model is based on five interrelated common characteristics being selected from prior models of learning organization; Learning, Information Sharing, Leadership, Motivation and Knowledge Management. This conceptual model may useful for organizations to be “Learning Organization” and to gain competitive advantages. Key words: Learning Organization; Competitive Advantages; Conceptual Model
