The major significance of this paper is, using cutting edge technology to make the world better place. Customer support is the major challenge faced by scientific and economic organizations and become an integral part of it since customer satisfaction is largely determined by the quality of service and also organization ROI (Return on Investment) depends on how they handle customer support. The focus area of this work is for education and health care system, which are handling abundant of domain specific data to serve students, patients and other stakeholders of the organizations, we propose a system that automate the support and achieve true loyalty of a customer with quality of service workflow that optimizes the balancing ratio between distributed efficiency and system utilization. The support facility operates on a high performance distributed information system, where the information will be distributed and retrieved based on identification key using API based search service architecture. No more waiting ―any-where, any-time‖, the system designed to provide customer a personal assistant with information handy and 24 hours support. The system creates customer knowledge base and provide platform to extract knowledge from organization expert and to channel the data for customer use and create on-demand.
