WORLDFIP data recording unit for locomotive and working method thereof

The invention discloses a WORLDFIP data recording unit for locomotive and a working method thereof. The unit comprises a WORLDFIP protocol controller, a WORLDFIP bus transceiver and a WORLDFIP transformer isolator, wherein the WORLDFIP protocol controller is bidirectionally connected with a high-speed singlechip and a PC104 bus interface through an internal bus in sequence; the PC104 bus interface and the PC104 bus of a PC104 X86 interface card are bidirectionally connected through the internal bus; and the output end of the PC104 X86 interface card is connected with the input end of a data storage unit. In the invention, the high-speed singlechip is responsible for controlling the working time sequence of the WORLDFIP protocol controller and the generation of a PC104 data stream, and data are sent to the data storage unit to be stored and recorded after being processed by the PC104 X86 interface card. The invention has the advantages of high reliability, flexibility and generality, low cost and the like.
