The invention provides a feedback control apparatus, a feedback apparatus and a multi-user MIMO (multiple input multiple output) feedback method by which the gain of downlink multi-user MIMO can be fully obtained through flexible configuration of high-level signalings and reference signals by a base station side and extra overheads can be avoided as much as possible. The feedback apparatus in a multi-antenna base station is used for control of information feedback of a terminal, and comprises a high-level link establishing unit for sending a high-level signaling through establishing a high-level link with a terminal, a high-level signaling generation unit for generating the high-level signaling used for specifying a feedback model of channel state information for the terminal, a receiving unit for receiving the channel state information which is from the terminal and is corresponding to the feedback mode specified by the high-level signaling, and a multi-user processing unit for carrying out processing related to multi-user MIMO according to received channel state information.
