Advanced Benson HRSG makes a successful debut

A major contributor to economic viability of high combined cycle efficiency, which is being aimed for at the Cottam Development Centre, is a novel horizontal flow, vertical tube Benson heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) developed by Siemens in collaboration with Babcock Borsig Power.
