Monolithically integrated filtered-feedback multi-wavelength laser with Mach-Zehnder modulators

A novel multi-wavelength transmitter monolithically integrated on InP is presented. The device consists of four-channel filtered-feedback multi-wavelength laser and four Mach-Zehnder modulators. The design of the circuit and experimental results will be discussed.
