The method of variable meshes in the velocity space in the problem of a strong condensation shock

Abstract AN ALGORITHM is constructed which permits the computing time in the problem of a strong shock wave for Crook's generalized equation to be considerably reduced. Solutions are obtained for Mach numbers up to 100.
