The invention provides electric energy monitoring equipment. The electric energy monitoring equipment comprises a multi-channel synchronous acquisition analog-digital conversion circuit, a high-speed digital signal processor (DSP) and an ARM control processor. The input end of the multi-channel synchronous acquisition analog-digital conversion circuit is connected with a measuring current and a measuring voltage, and the multi-channel synchronous acquisition analog-digital conversion circuit synchronously collects the measuring current and the measuring voltage in a multi-channel mode and outputs digital signals after synchronous analog-digital conversion. The input end of the high-speed DSP is connected with the output end of the multi-channel synchronous acquisition analog-digital conversion circuit, so that the input digital signals are processed and analyzed to generate electric energy quality parameters. The ARM control processor is connected with the high-speed DSP so as to store and manage the electric energy quality parameters. The electric energy monitoring equipment is based on the DSP and ARM, the multi-channel synchronous acquisition analog-digital conversion circuit, the high-speed DSP and the ARM control processor are used for achieving multi-channel signal collection of signals and analysis and processing of the signals. The electric energy monitoring equipment has the advantages of being small in size, portable and multifunctional, can be used for monitoring the electric energy quality of power grid lines in real time and also can be used for monitoring a networking application terminal of a network.
