듀얼 레이저 소결 고정을 위한 레이저 시스템

Solid freeform fabrication (SFF) is a promising method of making three-dimensional objects directly from the CAD data. In this work, a laser system for the dual laser sintering process in which two lasers are employed to build large parts is selected. The selected laser system is based on the dynamic 3-axis scanning method which is able to scan a plane as large as 500 ㎜ × 500 ㎜ . To reduce the spot size as small as 0.5 ㎜, a beam expander (l0×) is installed right before the scanner.
