Computer-aided calculation of performance parameters of ultrasonic amplitude transformer

Based on analysis of the general character of the performance parameters of amplitude transformer, an algorithm is presented, which can he used to calculate rapidly the performance parameters of an arbitrary-segment horn and to draw the curves of distribution of stress and displacement. The corresponding program with the friendly Graphical User Interfaces is herein given. It provides convenience for designing and op- timization of complex horns and for calculation of their performance parameters.
