Failure set handling system and method for multilayer power grid

The invention provides a failure set handling system for a multilayer power grid. The system comprises an acquisition device which is connected with the multilayer power grid and is used for acquiring probability parameters of failures generated in the multilayer power grid and layer parameters of layers with the failures in a real time, a simulation device which is connected with the acquisition device and is used for receiving the probability parameters and the layer parameters from the acquisition device and performing simulation computation on the basis of the failures determined by the probability parameters and the layer parameters so as to obtain countermeasure parameters, a clustering device which is connected with the acquisition device and the simulation device and is used for receiving the probability parameters and the layer parameters from the acquisition device, receiving the countermeasure parameters from the simulation device and performing clustering processing on the basis of the probability parameters, the layer parameters and the countermeasure parameters to sort and sequence the failures so as to generate a failure set, and a storage device which is connected with the clustering device and is used for storing the failure set generated by the clustering device. By analyzing attributes of the failures and aiming at different requirements of the planning and running work of a power grid, the failure set is automatically generated on purpose.
