A new non-isolated resonant step-up converter

A new resonant step-up converter is presented wherein the inductors and the capacitor create a 3th order (LLC) resonant tank. All active elements are turned on and turned off under soft-switching conditions independent of the operating voltages and output power. Experimental results of a laboratory prototype verify the presented theoretical analysis of the proposed converters.
