LNG 플랜트 동적 시뮬레이터와 제어시스템 연계 방안 연구

Overall system configuration and development strategy for connection interface between LNG plant dynamic simulator and control system were derived. Functions to be implemented are following: 1) I/O data communication and data exchange between OPC server and control system by OPC protocol, 2) control logic embedding into hardware-based control system, 3) OPC client development for data communication with OPC server, data enquiry and user interface. To implement functions above mentioned, development preparation such as necessary software and hardware selection, development environment setup were done. In the future, actual development work will follow according to development strategy which is derived from this research. Development of Operator Training Simulator (OTS) will be getting one step closer by integrating LNG plant dynamic simulator and control system.
