DAVID Universal Books Management System

In many scientific investigatiti and commercial applications, the data collected directly cannot be used readily. They have to be processed, analyzed and amotated before they are ready for use. We present au Universal Books Management System that manages multiple related data sets using a data model called a book. A book includes holdings of com~nts that describe certain objeds (such as databases, spreadsheets, maps, images and manuscripts).
