The Fault Diagnosis of Motor Bearing Based on Wavelet Package Analysis

The fault mechanism of motor rolling bearing has been elaborated in this article.The author has also concluded the frequency performance of several kinds of the common faults in the bearing.The vibration signals and the correct signals which are obtained in the experiment are decomposed using wavelet packet.The author makes faults definite after comparing energy of specific frequency bands of fault with ones of normality.Thus the faults are found accurately.
