The invention discloses a device for testing a high-pressure operation of a deep sea section platform buoyancy pump. The device comprises a pressure-proof tank, a supporting frame, a pressurization system and an observation device. The pressure-proof tank is provided with a tank body, an upper end cover and a lower end cover, wherein the upper end cover and the lower end cover are connected to the tank body in a seal mode. A guide rail is fixedly arranged in the pressure-proof tank in the length direction, and a connector through which the buoyancy pump enters and gets out of an oil port is arranged on the upper end cover. The pressurization system comprises an oil supply part and an oil overflow part which are communicated with the pressure-proof tank. The observation device comprises a computer, a pressure-proof sealing shell, a camera and an underwater lighting device. The computer is arranged outside the pressure-proof tank, the pressure-proof sealing shell is connected to the guide rail, the camera and the underwater lighting device are both installed in the pressure-proof sealing shell, and the camera is connected with the computer.
