한국 민화 화조도를 결합한 크로셰 레이스(Crochet Lace) 이미지의 패션디자인

The combination of various culture and skills creates new changes and expresses complex sensibility in modern fashion. As a result, various senses and unique material with different visual effects are created and technique development is being conducted constantly. This study intends to develop crochet lace images by applying flower and bird patterns with traditional Korean aesthetic sense, and to suggest our indigenous crochet lace through laser cutting technique. Also, application of designs using new materials of new visual effects created through laser cutting technique, and extensive study on various textile expression techniques are expected to be conducted in the future. The purpose of this study is to search for unique material expression and its applicability and to expand the expression realm of fashion design by creating a new fashion design by grafting laser cutting technique on crochet lace images with Korea folk paintings of flower and bird patterns.
