Strategy analysis on Developing Digitalization Library of Our Country

This paper elaborates the concept,character of digital library and its contribution to the development of national economy.It also introduces the developing situation of DL of our country and the advantages for our country to develop DL. The strategies to solve the problems which are exiting now in our country to develop DL are also provided.
