PURPOSE: A terminal and a base station for achieving data transfer rate by using a codebook suitable for a channel environment are provided to improve the throughput of the communication system by generating the codebook. The rotation matrix generating unit generates the polarization discrimination of carrier signal XPD corresponding to the cross polarization discrimination value. The prestored block generates the diagonal matrixes and rotation matrixes. The code book generator generates the code book. The code book comprises result matrixes.
